Stopping the “Should” Cycle

How much of your day is lived in “should?”

I should be doing more.

I should be more like her.

I should be better at that.

What is the opposite of “should?”

Finding our own rhythm.

Trusting our own paths to success.

Showing up authentically.

What impact would it have on your life and the lives of others if you dropped the “should” statements?

Want to give it a try?
